Dyed Panel / Seat Hide

Dyed Panel Seat HideDrum Dyed Panel Hides, normally made from Wet Blue Chrome Leather, but also available in Vegetable Tanned Leather.

The Hides are re-tanned in Vegetable extracts before being drum dyed to specification.

Final processing to customer requirements sees the Hides processed in an aniline finish whereby the Hides are sealed on the grain with a binding wax before being greased on the grain with natural oils and fats. This gives an aniline finish. (more…)

Whilst we are happy to supply customers with any colour and finish possible, these may not be desirable to the leather.

We aim to supply the leather in a variety of colours. These are prepared by drum dyeing the leather first. This enables the grain and the flesh of the leather to have the desired depth of colour, thus ensuring a superb look to the leather. (more…)
